Great value, tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, good variety, pleasing background music creating the right ambience, and clean. A place we go to for a good meal in a relaxing atmosphere, decently priced. It is also a place we are proud to take friends and visitors, because it looks so fine, and we can enjoy conversing easily with an excellent buffet nearby. Our favorite local reataurant. We go often.

I had the most horrible time and will never go back. My whole family (9 people) were appaled. The food, espcially seafood, was old, no variety. I was charged for my 18 months daughter and nephew of the same age because they ate a few pieces of chicken. I don't mind being charged, but at least have a kids menu or some french fries or pizza. The only thing that I liked was the decor and the service. I wish I did not spend my money there. 12/04/10

We try to eat here at least once a week but mostly twice a week because the sushi and buffet is so good. We travel 25 miles (one way) from St. Augustine to eat here. Nothing in St Augustine compares to the quality at Grand Hong Kong. The place is spotlessly clean. The staff is always friendly and the service excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant above all other Chinese restaurants in the area.

This is the cleanest, most well kept restaurant we've ever been in. We've been in high-end restaurants that weren't as clean. Never a speck of dust to be found. Immaculate restrooms as well. The food is fantastic, service is excellent and all employees are friendly and great you will smiles when you enter and when you leave. We go there at least once a month and plan to take out of town visitors there. Thank you to all the employees of Grand Hong Kong for making our dining experience a pleasure.
